**What do you like best about Tour Beetle?**

I love that this helps me manage customers, suppliers and employees. My favorite feature is the fleet management, which I am is included in the price.  

**What do you dislike about Tour Beetle?**

It could be better for larger operations, potentially more reliable, but those are small cons compared to the pros offered with this software. 

**Recommendations to others considering Tour Beetle:**

The pricing is reasonable and it handles everything, I love the automatic PDF generator.  The prices are great considered to what I have paid for other softwares. Great response time from the company as well, I would definitely recommend for small to medium sized tour operations.  

**What problems is Tour Beetle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am covering 100% of tour operation needs with this--Automatic PDF generator is great, Guest Handling, Supply chain management , MIS, Fleet management. There are a ton of great features and it is decently priced.
