It provides a great user experience and I hope it will be very beneficial for our church moving forward (in allowing them to update their info in our database and doing things like giving online and getting connected to ministries). I also like the prospect of moving much of our ministry work and communication to a digital format: e.g. attendance, sign-ups, communication. **What do you dislike about TouchPoint Church Management Software?** The back end of the system is really hard to use. I consider myself to be pretty computer savvy, and I struggle with it. It is not intuitive, it uses very strange terminology, and it takes a long time to figure out how to do something. I find myself going to our IT guy a lot to try and do what I would consider basic things. **Recommendations to others considering TouchPoint Church Management Software:** Use the app, find something else for the backend if possible **What problems is TouchPoint Church Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are hoping to improve our church database with Touchpoint, and give our congregation the experience of an app. ### 2. Adding and deleting people to the system **What do you dislike about TouchPoint Church Management Software?** Customer Service is not with a live person to talk or guide you through issues when they arrive. When registration is filed with this Event. How do you correct to stop the duplication of each check box that is checked. It is picking up the Sub Groups. Do not want them to show. We've used TouchPoint for some time but have found other platforms to perform better. **What do you dislike about TouchPoint Church Management Software?** The software is dated, it's not intuitive and it's not user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering TouchPoint Church Management Software:** Use Church Community Builder instead through Planning Center Giving. **What problems is TouchPoint Church Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to manage a handful of our legacy givers though most of our givers are on our new platform. We have not realized any benefits for using TouchPoint in comparison to Church Community Builder (our current platform). ### 5.
