The way you can control every activity (at each detailed level) is pretty good. It saves us lots of time. You can have lots of useful reports for your crew, to make them understand the weekly work easily, and you can also evaluate the work once it's done.
Its functionality as a communication channel works pretty good. Every one knows what task they have to do, when they have to do it, and even details such as duration and crew size can be useful.
The user interface is is great, and the touch functionality is so accurate for the daily work. Is so practical and easy for the user to create and in general, manage the tickets. This is one of characteristics i like the most of Touchplan.
