Get a core group trained and working well for a couple of weeks before onboarding more users. It would be helpful if projects can be filtered by trade so different workflows can be seen. **What problems is Touchplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s a really great tool to track any delays. Having a section to write how and why an activity was delayed is great. It also enables us to engage contractors remotely and in real time. This add to the overall accuracy of our program but as well as the success of the program. the prodcut is also really easy to use and easy to teach even the least tech savoy. **What do you dislike about Touchplan?** I wish it was a bit easier to make predecessors and successors to each tied task. click and drag would be a more intuitive. The product is fairly intuitive and easy to use in itself, however there are a few items that could use a bit more refinement to get it to a excellent status. **Recommendations to others considering Touchplan:** TouchPlan is easy to role out to your company with your CSM. It has the ability to include contractors and stakeholders whom would have never been able to participate in Pull Planning activities in real time and in there own time. It also has a robust Report generator which helps to produce the Lean Construction Standard reports. **What problems is Touchplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Touchplan to plan a large $200m program. We are hoping to accelerate our program while decreasing construction coordination mistakes and engineering misses. It also allows me to save a lot of time thanks to its multiple functions and with this it can provide me with many useful reports for my team, in order that they can easily understand the work that will be done in the week, and also be able to evaluate the work once be done and the goals that were achieved with it. TouchPlan has allowed me to be able to request each supplier a complete report on how to integrate the tasks they perform with our project calendar. It also allows me to prepare this information in advance and share it with the managers when we have a board meeting. It is great how the process of preparing the reports has simplified me and eliminated the need for us to transcribe the information in the acrylic boards of the conference room, taking it to a digital format. This software has become indispensable to my company since it is quite easy and simple to use since you start to manipulate it the first time. **What do you dislike about Touchplan?** For some people it has been difficult for them to be able to handle this application perfectly since they do not know much about the technology, however the technical support team has been able to solve and resolve the mistakes made. It is a bit tedious to be able to remove some types of reports, this because there are people who should not know certain points in the projects because this can give a wrong perspective when making a decision. **Recommendations to others considering Touchplan:** Undoubtedly with TouchPlan you will be able to save a lot of your time and money since it allows you to consolidate each of the projects that you are carrying out in a relatively short time on an ideal platform in which everyone can work and access.
