New Experience **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2019 **What do you like best about Touchplan?** It allows you track scheduled tasks from a very small and precise scale to a large overall. it also allows you to track the tasks of each of your predecessors and adjust accordingly. **What do you dislike about Touchplan?** In construction things are extremely fluid. circumstances change sometimes by the hour. the feature where the controlling entity has you "promise" just seems like a way for them to hold something against you, regardless of the real situation. **What problems is Touchplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** just started using this for a project schedule. excited to see how it goes. **Official Response from Carly Griffin:** > Hi! We currently have no way to hide parts of the plan - we built the tool this way to ensure everyone is clear about other tasks impacting their work and how their own work is impacting others onsite. One feature you should definitely take advantage of is our crew size feature where you can view crew sizes for a selection of roles - instead of looking across everyone’s crew sizes on the project. Josie ### 4. 2nd project with touchplan **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2018 **What do you like best about Touchplan?** It's a great way to sequence work activities knowing what other contractors are doing to coordinate work spaces so tasks can be coordinated and prioritized in order to keep the ultimate customer in the know and happy **What do you dislike about Touchplan?** Time spent in front of a computer/tablet that should be utilized in the field. It is somewhat time consuming. **What problems is Touchplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Good reminder of sequencing of activities and helps to make sure material arrives when it's needed **Official Response from Josie Cutts:** > Hi there, We always like to hear that your team had a great planning experience in Touchplan.
