I've literally shown employees how to use this tool in minutes with little to no previous computer experience **What do you dislike about Touchplan?** I've not found anything i dislike so far compared to other schudling tools **What problems is Touchplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bringing simple to the field for our less computer savvy employees. Linking and moving items manually. **What problems is Touchplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Touchplan is being used to schedule contruction activites and track PPC. **Official Response from Sarah Cusack:** > Thank you taking the time to review Touchplan and we are happy to hear you use Touchplan to track your PPC! While you cannot link task tickets from one plan to another in Touchplan, you can add a constraint or milestone ticket to your timeline along the top of the left side of your plan to then link those milestone or constraint tickets to tickets in other plans. To add a ticket to a timeline click into the ticket, select the three dotted button in the ticket edit window and click Add to Timeline. You can then link these constraint or milestone tickets in the timeline with tickets from other plans. I will also take your feedback about about linking all ticket types across plans back to our teams our team for further consideration. There is no 'pretty' way of printing the entire ghantt. **What problems is Touchplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** The schedule is communicated clearly which helps to resolve resource issues. Understanding how to relate items is challenging and assigning tasks to others without giving them a color is difficult to follow up on. **What problems is Touchplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are so many ways to use the software which is both a challenge and a benefit with swim lanes and different colored stickies. **Official Response from Carly Griffin:** > Hello! Hard to understand the timelines we are facing and graphics are not very legible. **What problems is Touchplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to see edits to the plans and markups instantly, and can be accessed at any time.
