When we started Sunshine Real Estate Group, our biggest worry was how we would find and be able to afford a technology solution that would give us a great CRM and transaction management with signing capabilities. It would be great to have more templates that look more professional and a library of photos to use. Some nicely written draft copy for very general topics would be fantastic. TotalBrokerage solves all of our database, marketing, and transaction problems. This is an all-in-one solution for us. There are huge brokerages that don't have this capability. We are super proud to be a small brokerage with amazing technology that will grow with us as we grow.
