It is very robust and it wasn't very hard to use and I'm not the most technical of people. **What do you dislike about Total Dental?** The software could be buggy at times and it would sometimes crash when using it and get server errors. It was frustrating but customer support was good about helping us diagnose. **What problems is Total Dental solving and how is that benefiting you?** Help in managing a practice of 4 dental offices. ### 2.
