Torque DMS is a free dealer management system built in the UK for independent car dealers, franchised dealers and garages. It brings vehicle sales, the workshop, parts, customers and accounts into one cloud-based system, so a dealership can run its day from a single login on any computer, tablet or phone. For vehicle sales, Torque DMS covers stock management, deals, sales quotes, sales invoices, part exchanges and handovers. Stock ageing reports show which cars have been on the forecourt too long, and VAT is handled correctly for both standard-rated and margin-scheme vehicles. For the workshop, garages can take bookings, raise estimates and job sheets, run vehicle health checks, manage courtesy cars and invoice customers when the work is done. Registration lookups pull vehicle details from the DVLA, and MOT history comes straight from the DVSA, saving time on every job. Customer management is built in. Every customer's vehicles, visits, invoices and messages sit in one record, and marketing campaigns such as MOT reminders, service follow-ups and Google review requests help garages bring customers back and grow their online reputation. Torque DMS connects to the tools dealers already use. Accounts can be synced with Xero and Sage, or exported to Sage 50, so bookkeeping no longer means typing invoices twice. Stock can be published to vehicle marketplaces, and reports and dashboards show sales, workshop and stock performance at a glance. Torque DMS is free to use, with no setup fee and no long contract, and we help every new customer get set up.
