During our research we ´ve already test several products like XSOAR, FortiSOAR also amazing opensource projects like N8N, and one of the most loved option in TORQ by our team is the ease of implementation of new integrations.

With N8N we had to develope new integrations using Typescript, in TORQ you can do it in a few minutes, using de web UX, also if the integration is not API REST, you have the option to use pyhton or another programming languages.

The costumer support is amazing, they are totally focus on help us in order to use TORQ ASAP, they can help you with the custom integration and how to deploy the runners in your infrastructure.

Not all the time the ROI is positive, you have to choose carefully what are you going to automate (Pay per flow active), they help you with amazing KPIs to solve this problem. It´s the best product for automate incident response (Fast and you can scale up), but for another automations related with the business, maybe you have to find a cheaper alternative (Azure logic functions, N8N..) I like how fluid this tool runs and I loved that its easy to use and offers a lot of integrations and automation of things that help us and have a big impact. First and foremost, the Torq team has outstanding customer service. Not only from the quality of the support interaction they provide, but the responsiveness is amazing as well. Our team was able to quickly integrate the Torq platform into our environment and start creating numerous automation workflows in minimal time, reducing many tasks that were previously laborious and time intensive to completely automated, freeing up time for the team to focus on other items.

I wouldn't call it a "dislike" necessarily, but there is a learning curve to understand the required operators when building out an automation workflow. The process doesn't use a strict coding language, but it does require you to understand the various elements (language) required to build out the automation steps. With Torq We are able to carry out phishing campaigns. Plus with its automated rules and tasks, it has become very easy to manage. One thing that I like very much about Torq is its ability to connect seamlessly with other on-premise and cloud based applications and stacks.
