The service directly blocks the addresses that contain harmful elements and eliminates them, always executes the same route, it is very easy to configure and implement, it is possible to obtain statistics where we can see if the IPs that have been analyzed represent a threat, everything is organized in such a way that we can detect if the IP is harmless or malicious, I think the program is essential for computer security. The information about errors on the website does not always provide the solution, I have had to resort to consultations with external agents to solve problems within the platform, I think the support team should take more seriously the solutions for users. On some occasions when I have wanted to recover an event, it tells me that the Token to the carrier is not valid, I don't know what I am doing wrong, I hope for a solution. Importing workflows from another account can be the most complicated task if you are not familiar with the program, they only use one format and it is very ambiguous. The automation engine that Torq has is one of the most powerful I have tested and the data orchestration system is very complete at the enterprise level, since the implementation of the program we have reduced the generalized fatigue of our server alerts, obtaining a better response time. The repetitive actions in question have been reduced thanks to the automation of all those tasks that are performed on a daily basis, in general it is very easy to configure and all options come with a manual and training from the support team.
