It is extremely user friendly and makes the load and billing process more manageable. It has cut down on paper and scanning tickets. It also allows managers to access the auditing process so there is more accountability. The biggest takeaway is everything is fixable. It really isn't a Toro issue but since we decided to sync all invoices with our accounting system, I just need to wait a little longer to account for all payments in our check register in Quickbooks. The ease of using the program, all parts from Invoicing to planning and more, they work with each other perfectly. The ease of implementation was simple and easy and the team walked through it smoothly. The few times i had to reach out to customer support, they were spot on in solving the issue. The integration has been smooth and as New features come in, there is no hiccups in the system. We use Toro every day all day and will not change to anything else. From receiving a load from our customer, we can build the load in the system, put it on the planned section of program, then easily dispatch it to the chosen driver. The customer can get real time updates on their load. Then as the driver delivers, we can send the POD to the customer. It is then invoiced. A one stop shop for ease of use and functionality. They are always working on ways to improve the system and make it easier for us as the end user. What do you dislike about Toro TMS? We have had some issues with the messaging system every once in a while, this being said they have been very minor. Toro is incredibly easy to learn how to use and is easy to use in general. The Customer support is amazing! When you need help with certain reports they walk you through what you need and where to find things. Toro has become the best software I've used for my time in this company. I use it every day and am able to use it when I am at home if i need to do something quickly. It was super easy to move over to from our old software and the integration process was incredibly easy!
