ToriSet is maintenance tracking software that automates service deadline calculations, sends reminders, and stores maintenance records. The system calculates schedules based on fixed dates, intervals, or usage metrics like working hours after users input product details including name, model, and installation date. Automated email reminders are sent at customizable intervals to help ensure timely attention to tasks. ToriSet centralizes manuals, certificates, receipts, and service histories for each product. The software supports nested product relationships, allowing components to maintain independent schedules within parent products. QR codes can be generated for physical products, enabling quick access to records via mobile devices. ToriSet works across diverse categories including machinery, vehicles, boats, appliances, and equipment. The software offers branded portals for manufacturers and sellers, with AI-assisted maintenance plan generation and long-term document storage.
