Can see what softwares are being used throughout the company, how many users we have, and even how many of those licenses are being actively used. Can't see active user info for all of our softwares, just the ones Torii seems to have integrations with. No many complaints on the platform and it's features, but Custom app integrations can be made easy. For the apps where Built-In support is not available, it's little hard to integrate. Not having to play with multiple spreadsheets anymore for this purpose. It gives a clear picture on overall license usage and gives recommendations on retracting the unused license. As with most business processes, you only get what you put in here. Seems like the auto detection of application usage is still not at the true levels - it is way better than being in the dark. The rigor related to financials and renewals is very lacking. Or at least we have not implemented it. What all these related products are missing in this SaaS management space is grouping and categorization to boldly call out duplicative spend for executive awareness. And getting users to rate the products they are using with value.
