It helps to understand the possible worklflows between all the uses we implement in the company. What do you dislike about Torii? There are some functions that are not yet in this software. But it's not something that affects us because we made some adjustements to adapt. Creating a single source of truth for all SaaS tools for our business including cost, renewal dates and licenses Easy integration with Slack for notifications of software renewal dates and license usage including the ability to take actions from Slack! Torii provides me with a single pane of glass overview of our entire SAAS stack, with effortless discovery thrown in for good measure. It is quick and easy to use. I wish it had more workflow trigger options, such as being able to run workflows against the same users multiple times on a recurring schedule (such as for daily full-syncs from HRIS systems) as well as more real-time event triggers for things like Jira ticket creation / approval and user account creation triggers for various systems, as these would be useful for onboarding automation. As we give our end users alot of freedom to explore different products that may improve their processes, Torii allows us to know when this happens so we can be proactive in following up with the process owner. The Workflow feature, in my opinion, is one of the best aspects of Torii. Due to the ability to integrate with so many third party apps, it allows IT to automate alot of processes in a low / no code environment.
