Torek is a CMMS for company vehicle and equipment fleets – from cars and vans to trucks, trailers and heavy machinery. Drivers and mechanics report defects from their phone with photos; a defect becomes a work order with parts, labour hours and cost, and the finished job stays in the asset's history. Preventive maintenance runs on kilometres, engine hours and calendar dates with automatic reminders. Torek also covers parts inventory across several locations, purchase orders, service protocols with checklists, downtime tracking, a workshop calendar and kiosk, fuel accounting against consumption norms with fuel-card statement import (CSV/Excel), and electronic trip logs that drivers fill in on an Android app that works offline. Reports export to CSV, XLSX and PDF. All data is stored in the EU. Torek is not a GPS or telematics system.
