I got a really good UX designer who could work to the requirement, had good ideas and produced a nice result. Was also easy to work with. The process of finding the UX designer was also quite easy. The other candidates did not seem as good. Also, I don't like dealing with the billing function in Toptal. They can be unprofessional and threatening if there is a payment problem. I got to work very quickly once the right individual was located. I have reengaged the designer multiple times for additional work and been very please each time. The thing that I like the most about Toptal is the extensive selection of great and challenging projects you can work on. The platform also makes it easy to match talent with clients and requires minimum work on the talent side. Getting into the Toptal platform is difficult and requires a lot of preparation and several interview rounds, but it is definitely worth the effort.
