I could mention the possibility that it can take time before getting stable jobs, but Toptal remedies that by assigning Talent success coaches which is actually another plus. I enjoy the fact that Toptal provides a large stream of jobs for me to apply for. What do you dislike about Toptal? Despite their claims that they vet their incoming clients, I have had several interviews with clients that were low quality, and unprepared to work with a developer. Without Toptal, I would have a much harder time finding consistent freelance work, and would likely need to use another network, or find regular employment at a tech company. Toptal had software engineers when we needed them most. Our company had reached out to a number of agencies to find talent and we were unable to get any assistance. Toptal were able to assist with our needs and helped us to progress our software. What do you dislike about Toptal? Toptal provides software engineers that are high quality but also higher priced.
