**What do you like best about TOPS?**

The best part about the violation section of Tops is how fast I am able to generate letters.

**What do you dislike about TOPS?**

Tops is a bit slow at times, and there are times that it just completely gives up in editing letters and the entire system shuts down.

**What problems is TOPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating letters used to take at least half an hour. With Tops, we generate letters for multiple associations in literally minutes.
