What do you like best?

The insight that TopOpps provides has allowed us to make more effective business decisions while gauging long term growth. It's also allowed our sales team to manage their pipelines more efficiently and effectively. As a company, TopOpps has taken a vested interest in our organization's adoption of TopOpps.

What do you dislike?

The adoption process took some time within our organization.

What do you like best?

It helps the team to understand their opportunities better. It allows them to focus on the opportunities which need attention, enables them to forecast more accurately and is a much more efficient way of working your pipeline. From a management perspective, it allows me to understand everything I need to know about my team's opportunities, my overall pipeline and supports me to forecast accurately.

What do you dislike?

Anything I have provided feedback on has been swiftly fixed by the team. They have been very supportive to develop the tool.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Focus on getting your team using the platform quickly, showing them the benefits of their actions.

Mostly forecasting, however through supporting us with this, it has also made us much more efficient in the management of opportunities and pipeline.

“Using TopOpps to run our sales team ”

What do you like best?

What I like best about TopOpps is the user experience. I like the look and feel (better than SFDC), and the organization of the data all at a glance. I also appreciate the TopOpps support staff; they are willing to help and quick to reply. I also like the health score that allows me to see quickly which deals are being neglected.

What do you dislike?

Right now I am still learning all the features, and how to navigate the tool. As such, the things I don't like about TopOpps are more linked to my inexperience and probably not the tool itself. Right now, I do feel like some of the forecasting features are easier to navigate in SFDC as it allows me to easily slice the data 100 different ways. I don't see the same ability in TopOpps yet, but it am still learning.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are stepping into an organization that already uses the tool, spend ample time getting trained from the beginning. It is intuitive, but depending on what experience you have with other tools, it might feel like it is missing features. I am learning they are there, you just have to find them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am hoping that it helps me solve my forecast accuracy gap. It is too early for us to recognize this benefit yet, but I do see a path to it.

“Very helpful in managing pipeline and forecasting”

What do you like best?

The ability to quickly have TopOpps analyze the pipeline and roll up a forecast. Easy to review pipeline with team and make recommendations on how to push deals to closure.

What do you dislike?

There are some features that require a little more refinement and some of the forecasting isn't always as spot on as I'd like for it to be.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In order to manage an every growing sales team's pipeline and deals, we needed a solution to help both reps better manage their deals and management to understand the forecast. We have tightened up forecasting significantly as a results of this.
