“Love TopOPPS!”

What do you like best?

Very responsive. JJ has gone out of her way to insure we were getting the most from your application. Everyone was genuinely concerned that we were satisfied. We have been more than that. Your service has been impressive.

What do you dislike?

The shear volume of information can be overwhelming.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to keep up with opportunities that would have been lost in the past. It’s like found money. Well worth the investment.

“Very Useful for a birds eye view for upcoming opportunities ”

What do you like best?

I like being able to see all opps for a specific period, monthly, quarterly, annually etc. I also like the ease in which I can move opps between stages when an event occurs.

What do you dislike?

Takes a while to sync when hitting refresh. Alerts may not reflect inputted information on check ins/

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great product and seems to have great support when we have a questions or concern.

Organization is the biggest benefit. Clear picture of the upcoming business and where I can improve each opportunity to make it move stages.

“Nice forecasting”

What do you like best?

I think what I like is the ability to see all open opportunities in your pipeline, the value, the likelyhood they will close based on the recent engagements associated with the contacts on the opps and the ability to update straight from the app.

What do you dislike?

I do not like how it's formatted. Personally, I would like to see my younger opps first (on the left-hand side) and progress to my deeper funnel opportunities (to the right).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Truly, vet your sales process first. Figure out how you are going to manage opportunities and what is most important when it comes to sales, pipeline management and forecasting. Then fully vet TopOpps to see if they can fill your needs. Don't let a demo disguise the pain you have.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Transparency on opportunities, forecasting, pipeline management so opportunities do not fall untouched.

“Easy to Navigate a pipeline - reports could be cleaner”

What do you like best?

It is hands down 1000x better to view a pipeline than looking at Salesforce. Much much easier to maintain your potential business.

What do you dislike?

I love reporting, and perhaps its a factor of me not spending enough time on education, but I wish the reports were simpler to pull/use.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Spend the time to learn all the tools! Also make sure you have good data. If you have bad data in Salesforce it is garbage in/garbage out.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The transparency is far in away the best piece of the product. Being able to drop accounts into different buckets to manage a pipeline is massively helpful.
