My favorite feature is its permanent, uneditable transaction audit trail. Every time a client or team member modifies an invoice line item, adjusts expense amounts or deletes an entry, the system automatically locks in a timestamp, username and full change history. This built-in traceability directly covers one of the most critical GoBD requirements, and I no longer need to manually log every single financial adjustment for audit proof. The integrated receipt upload function also saves me massive amounts of admin time. Our manufacturing and retail SME clients can attach scanned receipts, supplier invoices and delivery slips directly to their matching transaction entries in the platform. I don’t have to dig through unorganized email attachments or physical file folders to cross-reference cost records anymore. I also rely heavily on its customizable category tagging and quick VAT filter. I set up separate tags for wholesale goods, factory operating costs and retail sales, so I can isolate all VAT-eligible transactions in a single click when prepping quarterly advance tax filings.
