I have been using Topicflow for more than a year. Using it to generate shared agendas, take and share notes as necessary, and for me, creating a "to do" list on the fly is super useful. It is intuitively easy to use. Its connections with Google Meet and Calendar are very helpful. I work part time, but when working, I use it several times per day. I can create legible meeting notes, a chronological catalogue of meetings including an AI generated summary (that is very good!) and a "to do" list associated with the meeting. In a day, I have a lot of meetings, and being unable to keep up with notes was challenging. TopicFlow was a great alternative for quick notes, listing the meeting agendas so that each individual attending the meeting is informed about the flow. I can better manage my time and meetings with Topicflow. It is quite handy that it can automatically add events to my calendar and send me meeting reminders. Even better, it sends me an email with all the meeting notes and summaries of tasks, obligations, and action items following each meeting. It relies on the advantages of Google's productivity tools and is incredibly simple to use. Too many meeting notes and action items were lost earlier, which is one of the key reasons that we use Topicflow. All of our notes and action items are collected in one place with Topicflow.
