Powerful Learning Platform, Challenging Legacy Integration **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026 **What do you like best about TopClass?** The LMS is well integrated into the member experience and it allows us to manage courses, webinars and educational resources in one place. **What do you dislike about TopClass?** Our biggest challenge was the implementation and integration with our legacy iMIS 100 environment. As this was the first TopClass implementation with iMIS 100, a number of the expected features and workflows were either unavailable or required significant workarounds at the time. This resulted in a much longer implementation than anticipated and a considerable amount of testing and troubleshooting. **What problems is TopClass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instead of manually emailing course materials, tracking attendance, and issuing certificates, TopClass provides a central platform where members can self-enrol, complete learning, and access resources independently. ### 2. When we were setting up our integration between Nimble (Salesforce) and our LMS, they offered thorough technical support, which was very helpful. Overall, the implementation process was smooth. The system itself is quite user-friendly, and whenever support is needed, they give clear instructions on how to access specific features or make updates. **What do you dislike about TopClass?** At times, it can take quite a while to get a resolution for an issue. Many problems appear to be sent to the defect forum, where the timeline for resolution is often unclear. While our organization has not been significantly affected by this process so far, a major issue could potentially lead to a negative experience for users. Additionally, it seems that many of the system updates are not designed for organizations that do not sell products through the LMS. **What problems is TopClass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organization needs an integration that allows students to receive their CEUs promptly and complete courses without difficulty. TopClass fulfills this need by providing the necessary support. Additionally, TopClass serves as our primary integration with Zoom, enabling meetings to be created automatically rather than requiring manual setup. ### 3. If I need assistance, someone usually gets back to my within a day. **What do you dislike about TopClass?** I don't find the platform to be very intuitive and have to look up a lot of answers to my questions or ask support. I've also found some of the features to be lacking. **What problems is TopClass solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is providing a platform for my company to host courses and documents for educational purposes. ### 5.
