I don't particularly appreciate having to use two platforms. Since Top Producer, Beta X has come out, which seems like it has been a Beta program for years, I have to have to use two platforms because TPX has features that have not been brought over from TP8i and TPX has features that are advance from TP8i and the reason two platforms have to be used. I find it cumbersome, to say the least! When I ask about the finished Top Producer X, I get the following: Kaitlyn 11:32 We have no ETA on when the product will be finished. Currently, all new users are just using Top Producer X. Why would any company push out a format like this. I feel like I am stuck now because I want to can one and stick with the other but if I stick with TP8i I lose the text features and other enhancement features and the concern TP will at some point say we are no longer continuing 8i. The initial gateway for signing up was incredibly frustrating. From my representative inputting my credit card in correctly, to being unable to get through the initial setup screen and having to contact customer service multiple times while getting different answers, to finally being told the error was pretty common (yet no one being able to resolve the issue the first couple times). The lack of a free trial when all other CRMs provide this, and 72 hour window money back guarantee is not nearly long enough when you want to pick a CRM to stick with for the entirety of your career. Also was given a runaround when trying to cancel.

He walked us through everything to get set up with the CRM and website. He went above and beyond in linking the IDX search from our current landing page to our new Top Producer website, saving us much time and energy. The fact that you can track clients and transactions separately is great. Most CRMs only track one or the other. The new X has a great look. The old 8 had great marketing email and mailing letter capabilities that could be timed based on need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clients that buy are linked to property as they should be. However, spouses and couples can either be on the same contact record or not. If they are, then only the first contact is filtered to contacts and emails. In other words, if your second contact calls you, it will say the first contact's name. If you separate the contacts, then they are not linked to the same record for use in the 8 ver for the printing of letters. Husbands and wives really should be linked all together with the ability somehow to see each of them individually on your phone and in your email. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. TOP PRODUCER SAYS THEY WILL NOT FIX IT.
