My MLS didn't fully integrate with TP so I had to cancel my Market Snapshot, as it wasn't doing what I wished for it to do. I like the interconnection. Manage listings connecting the listing parties. With one click, I can email one or more listing parties at the same time. The integration of all aspects of the real estate transaction is excellent. The fact that we can track a client from buyer/market eval to transaction to sale, including a running tally of commission and sale all in one program, is perfect! Still need tweaking with things such as direct export for mailings and it would be helpful if when pulling up a list of clients, to have an active count of the number of contacts displayed as well as telling me information such as 16 of 400 selected for when I have to apply contact types to a mass number of contacts or something to that effect. We live on the mobile app in the field. The mobile app has never allowed us to:

1. schedule team appointments

2. modify team appointments

3. team members that did NOT schedule the team appointment can not change the team appoint for ALL members. It only changes their schedule and NOT the other team members.

(i.e. my wife schedules a team appointment. I need to change it. It only changes my schedule and NOT hers and does NOT give me the option to change her schedule EVEN AS THE AGENT?!?!?!?!

4. Can not search by the secondary person on the iOS device.

5. Can not search by first or last name in market snapshots in X when you could in Top Producer 8i

Teams are very common in real today. I have been submitting requests for changes for 5+ years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The time it's taken Top Producer to NOT get this program more functional is extremely frustrating, especially as we watch front row our competiton (i.e. Zillow, Redfin and others) get it right and acquire market share.
