The sales staff assured me that I was in a month to month contract. I signed up for the CRM (which I really like) and the website (sucks). I called and told them that I wanted to cancel the website, at which time I was told I was in a 1 year contract... I never signed anything, I was never told I was in a contract... as a matter of fact I was told by the salesman that I was month to month and could cancel at any time. No I'm upset, because these guys are scum bags and the customer service is atrocious. These guys are low lever, uneducated guys who transfer you from one supervisor to the next... Who knows who really runs the show over there. At the end of the day it's a circus. Don't sign up with them, there are better programs available and they are scummiest of the scum, and if there is ever a class action lawsuit against them- count me in! It is a very outdated concept, not user-friendly, time-consuming. Do not recommend for busy real estate agents who desire efficiency and modern technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Literally thousands of contacts are stored and organized with Top Producer. With these leads, we can easily use Top Producer to make emails and marketing data to send to specific demographics. Top Producer has been the one program we have used for many years that has not gotten complicated or given some sort of headache. The ease of accessing my whole network through one program is great. Not user friendly. Things seem to be in multiple places and not intuitive.

Even simple things like looking up contacts is a pain. Then navigating to get their contact details.

It could be a lot better if it was re-designed. Should list a history of properties in a separate tab, with transaction history, i.e 124 Main St - Bought, 124 Main St - SOLD, etc.

Contact should work easily together to show relation ships. I.e. Husband and wife, each have their own details but yet can be tied together. Add family member Connections from there. When I initially signed up the sales person stated that I would receive a full refund from the trial if I didn't like the CRM before the 30 day trial was up. After a few days I realized that the CRM wasn't for me. I called to cancel and receive my refund, at that point they stated the don't give refunds and gave me a run around of on holds and ultimately stated they don't give refunds. The sales person made sure not to email me that and just say it over the phone regarding the refund. I had no idea that such a big CRM company would be so shady. On top of that Terrible service and customer support was on hold for about 20 mins trying to cancel the account. Just a nightmare. Don't bother its a money grab. I'll be honest there isn't much I do like about this system. It isn't easy to use and it doesn't contain the features I would use most. I suppose it makes importing and exporting contacts easy which is nice and you can label contacts within their system as prospects or otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I went from contactually to this CRM and while it isn't terrible it isn't great. When your contacts are imported there is no easy way to organize them and go through them. You also can't send scale mail which was huge for me. Additionally, the "lead" system isn't intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that it schedules your follow-ups and works very well with the iPhone. It is much easier to use than a lot of the other CRM's out there on the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it is tailored towards residential a little and think it could have a little more commercial fields in it Overall I think it's a good CRM and just Needs a few more features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have great customer service. They are available to reach by phone and promptly follow up with any issues that need resolving. It's user friendly and easy to import records. Sends out email blasts efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you import records it doesn't allow you to make changes to multiple contacts at once. For instance, once you have completed importing and you want to scan for duplicates, you cant command it to do several actions at once. Each record has to be revised individually.
