I appreciated that at first, everything was funneled into one place in the CRM, making it convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like anything about it now. They don't have an app, and the ease of use is not good. Social connect is a scam. I tried getting solutions through customer service, but no one helped me resolve the issues. I'm forced to give up the CRM because I don't want to continue with social connect. I also feel that this company scams professionals out of money. They make promises and under deliver then refuse to make changes and try to force you to pay for something that they do not do. Alissa Martymova called to offer me a lead service and after I signed the agreement, Too Producer did not provide leads in the zip code and city that I clearly requested. When I requested to cancel the 6 months since they breaching the contract, Top Producer refused to cancel the contract. Simply be careful and do not use their lead system. The CRM is amazing. The leads are poor quality. Mostly rentals or non-existent people who don't answer the phone. They say they are verified. Not so. When vulgar emails come through, I know this is not verified. The leads are poor. If you insist on leads, go with a cheaper company (closer to 1/2 price of TP) for the exact same product. You don't need the CRM if you already have one. What is to dislike??? Maybe more drop down menus for more than one mobile number or an easier way to close out a transaction without making a ficticious number of a client you are not working with (I know that was being addressed) MLS#'s search that are outside of your board, because we have several in MI. There is a lot that I dislike about TopProducer. I do not think that it is very useful when you are first starting and I think it is a giant waste of money. The biggest reason that I am disappointed is that they do not let you out of your contract, which you are locked in for $60/month for 12 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Top Producer for 25+ years. You can capture leads, stay organized, manage the database, and follow up automatically w/emails and letters effectively. It has a series of reports that you can print to keep track of your business. I only use the CRM portion of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
