Great email and tracking system. Can email candidates directly from the data base. Pipeline is a great feature and makes it easy to track candidates in their progress. Easy to import data and parse resumes. Chrome extension works well with LinkedIn. Learning opportunities are frequent and keep me up to date with the newest features. If you forget to hit it, it won't save what you've done. A moot point, since it does remind you to save if you go to a different information card. However, if you just exit the software, all is lost. It's very intuitive. Anything you would want to do is doable and it's simple to learn. The customer service is responsive and based in the US. It's more cost effective than competitors. Each module is simple, easily adaptable, and displays all of the information we need on our candidates. I also appreciate the response time from customer service, the weekly webinars, and availability of past trainings. The ability to parse resumes into the system via email is also a big plus. There are ways to use it for customer sales functions but it's not as user friendly. I'd also like to be able to parse job descriptions into Top Echelon to create job orders. I had worked with multiple ATS systems in the past and nothing compares to Top Echelon. I switched over to Big Biller 6+ years ago and have not turned back since. Very easy to use. I started my business 6 years ago as a sole practitioner. I immediately joined Top Echelon for access to the Technology and the Network. Since then I have never worked alone. Being a part of TE makes me a part of an amazing team that supports me from sourcing candidates to the continuing development of a powerful technology that is constantly being updated based on input from the team. Additionally, learning opportunities are limited as a sole practitioner but TE has that covered too in that they offer on going learning opportunities. I truly could not have anticipated the impact that TE would have on my business but in many many ways they are my business partners and I could not ask for better!
