Top Echelon is the easiest ATS to navigate through. It's simplicity is what I like most. I have been recruiting for nearly a quarter of a century and have had to review and implement numerous ATS systems throughout my career and Top Echelon Big Biller is the simplest to use. I wish I could customize the pull-down list when documenting an activity. For instance, as I conduct business activities, it would be nice to be able to number my business touches with a prospective client. For instance, "Marketing Call - Initial contact", "2nd BD (business development) call", "3rd BD call" etc.

I have been using BigBiller for about 2 1/2 years. I have used other ATS in the past but what I like best about Big Biller is that they are constantly updating the program and making it better. I asked about adding a few features and within months it was part of the update. BigBiller is great about onboarding people, providing training and ongoing training. I have actually talked to a live person when I have had questions. I tested out several other programs before going with BigBiller and was frustrated with the lack of support. Big Biller has improved the business development (sales) side of their software but I think that they could still improve Hotlists to make them as functional as Pipelines. But it is still much better than the other programs I looked at that had no or very limited business development tools.
