Only a small percentage of the members realize what a gold mine Top Echelon can be because they don't realize the importance of doing split placement that goes way beyond the most recent placement. My clients consider me a miracle worker because of how quickly I can fill their jobs. Using Top Echelon, I can fill 100 jobs as splits with much less work than filling 20 on my own. My company has been with Top Echelon Network since 1993, and they are a very responsive conscientious business. Their customer service is second to none. They are easy to work with. It has been a bit buggy at times, but Top Echelon has been quick to find solutions to any malfunctions and to find ways to improve the software functionality. Easy to find data and information when a client starts asking questions. Can create reports/pipelines to share with clients so they can see their bottlenecks if a hire is not occuring. Now it requires a specialist to take continuous training to create pipeline reports for clients or add a new candidate.
