Anything you would want to do is doable and it's simple to learn. The customer service is responsive and based in the US. It's more cost effective than competitors. **What do you dislike about Top Echelon?** I wish the pipeline with the bubbles allowed X amount of characters for comments so clients could see feedback from candidates who passed or we passed on. **Recommendations to others considering Top Echelon:** Do a demo. Talk to others who have used it. **What problems is Top Echelon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I help employee benefits insurance-related companies find sales and service people. Big Biller helps keep me organized and helps to facilitate that process as quickly as possible. ### 2. Each module is simple, easily adaptable, and displays all of the information we need on our candidates. I also appreciate the response time from customer service, the weekly webinars, and availability of past trainings. The ability to parse resumes into the system via email is also a big plus. **What do you dislike about Top Echelon?** I'd like to see Top Echelon work on it's customer-based modules so that our salespeople can use it more like a CRM. There are ways to use it for customer sales functions but it's not as user friendly. I'd also like to be able to parse job descriptions into Top Echelon to create job orders. **What problems is Top Echelon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're a small recruiting and staffing agency and have only been in business for two years. We're trying to build our database of candidates and Top Echelon's ability to easily parse resumes is a big plus for us. Also, the automations, templates, and forms are a huge time-saver for our small agency. ### 3. I immediately joined Top Echelon for access to the Technology and the Network. Since then I have never worked alone. Being a part of TE makes me a part of an amazing team that supports me from sourcing candidates to the continuing development of a powerful technology that is constantly being updated based on input from the team. Additionally, learning opportunities are limited as a sole practitioner but TE has that covered too in that they offer on going learning opportunities. I truly could not have anticipated the impact that TE would have on my business but in many many ways they are my business partners and I could not ask for better! **What do you dislike about Top Echelon?** I really can't think of any. The TE organization is always there for questions and they are constantly working on technology development that supports business' like mine. **Recommendations to others considering Top Echelon:** If you fill even 1 req (AND YOU WILL FILL MANY), you will recoup more than your investment. Joining TE is a no brainer! **What problems is Top Echelon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have had a very business desk..... TE recruiters are always willing to jump in to do sourcing for me. As well, there are specialist in industries, disciplines and geographies that I do not cover. TE allows me the opportunity to fill my clients reqs because I have the network and specialist to tap into. It is a huge selling point that my clients LOVE. Additionally, the technology is awesome and allows me to stay organized and to keep a great database of candidates and activities that makes me more productive in my search work ### 4.
