Toozy.ai is an AI-powered catering management platform that deploys 5 specialized AI agents to automate the entire customer journey for restaurants and caterers — from the first phone call to payment collection. The platform answers every incoming call 24/7, automatically responds to emails and texts, generates custom quotes using proprietary optimization solution in minutes, and follows up with leads, processes payments via Stripe, and manages all orders from every channel in one unified dashboard. It integrates with Clover, Square, Google Calendar, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Built by caterers who lost orders because they were too busy cooking to answer the phone, Toozy follows a human-in-the-loop philosophy: the AI handles 95% of repetitive tasks while escalating the other 5% to human operators with full context. Caterers achieve ~30% revenue growth in 90 days, zero missed calls, and saved 15+ hours per week after deploying Toozy. Plans start at $299/month with a 30-day free trial.
