Manager Construction Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) 8/3/2015 "Great program that is easy to learn and has good online training support" 4.5/5 What do you like best about ToolWatch? Access from any location or PC is great. The platform is easy to use and offers many layers of tracking for materials and equipment. Basic set up is easy and straightforward in order to get your inventory tracking up and running. I look forward to growing within the program to the many built in modules like purchasing and billing. I recommend the online training resource for anyone using the program on a regular basis. The training videos are simple and to the point and are easily selected to focus on only what you need to learn as you work within the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ToolWatch? The syncing to the cloud is a bit inconsistent. There have been times that inventory transactions have been processed but don't show up on reporting until manually syncing with the cloud data source. I would consider this a manageable challenge and if you are working with your inventory regularly you will notice any issues right away and they are easily fixed by the manual syncing feature. Tool Watch allows us to keep minute to minute tracking for as many different locations, divisions and employees as we want.
