Oversold and underdelivered **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jenna K. | Construction Technologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022 **What do you like best about ToolWatch?** I like that it does provide some sort of communication line between the office staff (project managers & estimators) and the warehouse staff. I like that all of the tools, equipment and materials are customizable in terms of name, price, etc. Took a while to build out but it's nice to have our own data in there. **What do you dislike about ToolWatch?** I hate that it takes 4+ hours to sync with our ERP system, Sage300 and that integration is abysmal. In the demo we received, we were told this integration was flawless and would be improved upon. I do not like that in the 2+ years we have had ToolWatch, they have done no improvements (to my knowledge) on the desktop app which is what we primarily use. **What problems is ToolWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem is that we wanted to eliminate paper tool requests.
