I liked toolkit cma because it is better at pulling comparable properties and delivers more in-depth information.

**What do you dislike about ToolkitCMA?**

the look and feel of the program can seem intimidating and daunting for someone with low tech experience

Take time to get familiar with it because it does provide a better result for your clients.
