They first start off asking for days to complete it. Then it turn into weeks and a couple of months. I ask for a refund they refuse to. I screenshot the incomplete work and they still refuse to. Sometimes you need to wait days or weeks to have a good reply.

When you try to find the solution by yourself the Tookan's knowledge base has lacked information and sufficient answers.
