The software doesn't work and they will not give you an option to remove you card details from their account. **What do you dislike about Tookan?** Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, stay away. None of their applications work correctly, if you sign up for a trial they will lock on your card details and don’t give you an option to cancel your account, they’ll keep charging you even though you don’t use their software. If you try to contact their so called support team they will shuffle you around from one person to another, on their customer chats they will not provide you any contact emails and if you try to email them they will not respond. I have been charged for a number of months for services that I cancelled they keep charging our account despite repeated requests and sending them correspondence that the account has been cancelled. This is a very unprofessional company, I would never recommend them to anyone and if you are thinking of trying any other software offered by Tookan or Jungleworks you will not get what is offered on their website, the support team will never help you, if you escalate it to their team managers they’ll never respond to you or you will simply be told that person is no longer with the company. They hardly get back to you and when they do, it’s a repeat question and you wait another 10 years - no integrations. THEY DO NOT INTEGRATE. They say the offer integrations with twilio, stripe, etc, but they cannot do it. I’ve been waiting for 1.5months now for a stripe integration and nothing has happened. When I asked what’s up, they say it’s my fault. Don’t waste your time trying to tie anything - the app crashes and bugs a lot.
