The Tonzio agent automatically inventories Windows devices, hardware components, installed applications, Windows updates, connected monitors, startup items, and active-user context. Dashboards and device drill-downs help operators identify performance pressure, hardware and lifecycle concerns, security and configuration posture, application-control issues, and other exceptions that need attention. On-demand and scheduled diagnostics support investigation without separating device information from the operational history around it. Network visibility is measured from the endpoint side, where users actually experience problems. Tonzio tracks gateway and internet latency, jitter, packet loss, bandwidth, recurring degradation, and network health over time. Dedicated network sentinels can extend coverage to important sites without requiring a full endpoint deployment at every monitored location. This endpoint-plus-network context helps teams investigate whether a reported slowdown begins with the device, the local connection, or the wider internet path. Tonzio also connects monitoring to practical workflows. Events, notifications, helpdesk tickets, reporting, asset and warranty context, application controls, API access, and webhooks keep operational data useful beyond a dashboard. Flexible pairing codes, account tokens, and pre-linked installers make Windows rollout straightforward for small and mid-sized teams. Tonzio is best suited to Windows-heavy SMB and mid-market IT teams that value operational clarity, faster deployment, and combined endpoint and network context.
