As one of the primary users of Tonic at our company, I had first-hand experience working with the tool and collaborating with others on installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting any issues we had. Tonic.ai as a product is excellent -- well-developed and reliable -- but the customer support we've received has been outstanding. They've always responded quickly and would get the appropriate subject matter experts on the call to answer any questions we had if they couldn't readily give us information. The only issue I had, which is understandable from the underlying technical requirements of the tool, was that it could not support Azure SQL Database. In that case, Microsoft manages the file groups for the database, so replicating a database schema from a complex database wasn't straightforward.
