What do you like best about Tomi.ai?

The team at Tomi takes full ownership of their work. The onboarding was easy and described (one of the few times a project timeline was kept!). This team knows what they are doing and has been an excellent resource for us - both from a human resource perspective but also as a tool in our digital marketing program. What do you dislike about Tomi.ai?

Not many downsides as most of what we had called out to the team as hurdles or hiccups were quickly and diligently solved. For example, at specific points, we have had issues with getting certain fields on our CRM populated (external issue to Tomi.ai), and the team was able to make workarounds happen (quickly) so we could take advantage of their product despite the CRM issues.
