What do you like best about Tomi.ai?

I like the prediction analysis which is very accurate (both the lead scores and the visitor scores), and the product team deeply understood our business and listened to our inputs to tweak the model. The Customer Success team is very knowledgeable and proactive. Their expertise is instrumental in running the A/B tests and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tomi.ai?
