Toluna's QuickSurveys product offers an extensive range of different questions, attractive formatting, branching, and generally good reporting. Best of all, it has no limits on how many people you can survey, and if you don't have your own audience, you can buy responses from their audience, selected by demographics as you require. Just about everything at QuickSurveys has been great. Creating a survey is simple whether we start with a survey template or create one without a template. The survey design tools are visual with clear titles and instructions on how to add and edit survey fields. I like that all of the data is stored online and we can export it to be formatted and used offline. What do you dislike about Toluna Start? Most everything has been good so far with QuickSurveys. However, there is a higher cost to using it compared to similar cloud-based solutions like Google Forms. QuickSurveys is a tidy system that can help you to get surveys distributed fast so you can obtain valuable data while it's still fresh in the survey takers' minds. We send out surveys for many types of business campaigns, from client and lead outreach to follow-up questionnaires and event feedback. We can create forms quickly without the need for graphic design experts or web programmers. It makes it easy to program, launch to your quotas, and close all within a 24 hour period. It also is extremely convenient that all of the reporting is all in one place within the platform. What do you dislike about Toluna Start? Even when you put nat rep quotas on in the platform, the sample doesn't necessarily match nat rep. It normally skews at least 60% female so then needs to be weighted after the fact. I feel like there have been a few logic things that I have wanted to include in a TQS study as well and couldn't, but off the top of my head I can't remember exactly what this was. A complete report of our survey results comes in within a few days of deployment because it has a global presence of respondents. This also ensures that our target group is reached with great diversity in cultures. Further, it is very easy and convenient creating a survey using this platform. It has several features to make the survey appealing and easy to answer. So far it is the cheapest option in conducting research. The programming features give us a decent amount of leverage when it comes to configuring our surveys a certain way. Compared to standard web forms, QuickSurveys makes conditional questions easier to implement. I also like the way we can add photos to make the surveys more dynamic and enjoyable to fill out. I don't feel that most of our QuickSurveys surveys are cumbersome to go through for the end user. They are basically nice to look at and easy for most people to complete. I have generally liked QuickSurveys for the uses that we've created surveys for thus far, but I think there are some limitations when it comes to adjusting key parts of the survey design. The form creation tools allow many people that I work with to be able to create and edit forms with collaboration for multiple staff members. You can select your audience down to the postal code or the number of children they have. QuickSurvey does not have many reviles on the market right now. The interface is very easy to use. QuickSurveys can be used for a wide range of surveys, forms and questionnaires. The submission data is stored and well-organized in the QuickSurveys platform, which allows for us to keep responses more private and secure compared to implementing a form solution on our own. The control panel for creating surveys is easy to use with straightforward instructions and labels near each panel. We can add many types of fields with conditional statements capabilities. We weren't able to easily customize the look and feel to match some marketing campaigns we planned. The "reports" feature makes putting together different cross-tabs easy, so you can really dive into which ever intersections you're keen on studying. I don't have to spend that much time crunching the numbers, and can instead focus on the analysis of the results. I also like the preview feature which lets you test out your survey beforehand exactly as a user would, so that you can visualize what participants will be seeing. The graphics are warm and inviting from the survey participants' point-of-view, which makes me feel like participants will be more likely to stay engaged when taking the survey and not rush through. To view all of the information when you are looking at the "Results" of your survey, you are forced to scroll vertically and horizontally in some very tight, clustered windows. Survey-building features are not necessarily intuitive. New users usually struggle, and in the process of building surveys, might not even realize all their progress has been lost. We don't need a huge team to execute a project because the program does a lot of the hard work for you. Less number crunching, and more time for in-depth analysis is important in my book. Any time we have had a problem, we were able to schedule a call with a knowledgable Toluna representative who was able to smooth out any issues we were having.
