"Toku is a true "partner" for HR teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Toku?

Toku has stood out from other EORs I’ve worked with because of the quality of their partnership and support. I’ve used both large, well-known providers and smaller EORs, and what feels different with Toku is that they combine a useful platform with a team that is accessible, knowledgeable, and willing to work alongside you.

With some providers, the experience can feel very ticket-based: you submit something through a dashboard, it gets assigned to whoever is available, and the level of expertise or urgency can vary. Toku feels much more relationship-driven. We have consistent points of contact, regular syncs, and a team of subject matter experts who know our business and help us move things forward quickly. That makes a meaningful difference, especially when navigating gray areas where self-service is not enough.

Their ownership mindset is one of the biggest strengths. Our organization is complex, global, and fast-moving, and within the span of a few months, we brought Toku into both a global reduction in force and an acquisition. Those were significant, complex workstreams on top of standard BAU, and having Toku as a partner allowed my team to deliver.

What I appreciate most is that their approach aligns with how we work: “How can we get this done?” They are strong on compliance, employment laws, and jurisdiction-specific requirements, but they are also practical, responsive, and action-oriented. With some EORs, I would expect complex work to be slowed down significantly by rigid workflows or long processing timelines. Toku’s approach has been much more collaborative: let’s figure out how to do this efficiently, compliantly, and quickly while still providing a good experience for the HR team and employees.

Over time, we’ve expanded our work with Toku across EOR services, contracting, and payroll because the experience has been efficient and collaborative. It feels like a true partnership rather than just a service.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Toku to teams that are unhappy with their current EOR or looking for a more hands on, partnership oriented provider. They make a complex part of People Operations easier to manage and help create a better experience for both HR teams and employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toku?

Not necessarily a dislike but looking forward to Toku continuing to build out their AI capabilities that we can align with ours to improve access to information for self service - for both HR team and employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Toku is helpful"
5/5
What do you like best about Toku?

It's more concenient all in one no need to use cellphone especially when you are at wor. It's helpful for your business and for your personal usages. Toku is very helpful upon using especially on calling the customers or someone related to bussiness. I always use toku to make a phone calls to some restaurants, related to my business, to someone, my friends , workmates without using my phone or any of my family members all in 1. I will recoomend this and it's very helpful because you don't need a cellphone especially when you are at work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Toku?

I like the most about Toku is that when you login it will require a one time pin or password in that way I can say that using this tool is more secure since it will request one time password first before you can successfully login to your account and also in that way you are the only one that can login using your own credentials no other user just you since it will require one time pin. Also the I like with this tool is that I can easily contact the customers or the vendor or the rider since you can just click to dial and it is more convenient when you are in a hurry to dial. What do you dislike about Toku?

The only thing that I dislike about Toku is that it will automatically logout in some instances and you need to login first and wait for the otp before you can login successfully again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick review of Toku's effectiveness"
5/5
What do you like best about Toku?

Toku is accessible and easy to use. This puts the application user friendly as it is using a simple and eye pleasing interface. It is a helpful application due ot its effectiveness when it comes to communication. Afterall, communication is an important part of any business and Toku made it easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toku?

Toku is not least helpful. In fact, it is the most important application. It provides service throughout by providing uncut calls. Only downside is its limit of usage and sometimes its inidication that a call is unsuccessful. To inform the user of what specific reason why a call was unsucessful would be a great feature. "Toku is a tool that everyone should have."
5/5
What do you like best about Toku?

Toku is easy to navigate especially for someone that it not that techy. Aside from that when calling it will directly know what country you are calling even if just pasting the phone number. Also, it won't automatically logged out and once you logged in, it will be all the way and you will be logged out if you really meant to logged out your account. All in all, it really helps my work at ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toku?

Nothing as this tool really helps me regarding with my work especially when in need to call someone and it is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
