What do you like best about Token of Trust?

Token of Trust has been incredibly helpful since day one and they work extremely fast; meeting every monthly due date with accuracy. All my reports are nicely organized and sent to me in a folder each month and it has taken my reporting time from 5-6 hours to 2 hours which is a major win in my books! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Token of Trust?

I am not a huge fan of the tiered pricing in terms of how many states I have Token report on my behalf. I think the pricing is a bit steep compared to what I initially received from them in the past, but they make up for it with customer service and quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Token of Trust solving and how is that benefiting you?

Token always has the most current, up-to-date version of the PACT Act reports where I do not have to go in and make sure I am not using anything outdated. Token also has cut my reporting time down significantly; now I have more time to get other things done rather than worry about generating a report each month. What do you like best about Token of Trust?

Paul and the team were always very helpful when I was confused or didn't understand something regarding the pact act reports. Customer service would always get on a call with me to help why something wasn't working and work on fixing it for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Token of Trust?

When new legislation affected our business, we had to act fast. Token of Trust’s age and identity verification solution allowed us to quickly and easily meet new compliance requirements. What problems is Token of Trust solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recent legislation was passed in Canada (VPPR) that required our e-commerce website to verify the age of anyone who even views tobacco or vaporizer products. Health Canada was sending out letters and every online store in the country had to act fast. We installed Token of Trust on our website so visitors get their age verified. What do you like best about Token of Trust?

Token of Trust unlocked our ability to sell into more areas with confidence. Our products have

become more regulated across different states and jurisdictions, requiring not just age and

identity verification, but a heap of reports that can be time consuming and expensive to manage.

We have both retail and wholesale operations, which can make this even more complex. These

processes are now automated and consolidated within Token of Trust so my team can focus on

I have no complaints about Token of Trust. Token of Trust has been great - from sales, to

Token of Trust’s software automates multiple compliance functions across our business,

ranging from customer due diligence to back-office and sales/excise tax reporting. We

integrated it with multiple systems including our Woocommerce powered website. We’re using

Token of Trust’s software to conduct age and identity verification on our online customers, to

create our monthly PACT Act reports for ATF compliance, to handle sales excise tax calculation

and collection at checkout, and to build our sales excise tax reports that get filed to every

What do you like best about Token of Trust?

The software consistently works, allowing us to expand sales quickly while saving time and

money. We started using only a small portion of Token of Trust’s compliance offering, but we’ve

replaced other tools and are now using most of Token of Trust’s features because it’s proven to

be reliable, convenient, and easy to work with. Token of Trust combines many different

functions that help us comply with laws and regulations into one single, easy-to-use, and safe

Working with Token of Trust has been fantastic! We previously worked with a different company

for age verification and identity verification as well as a separate software for handling

compliance reporting. We switched from using these companies, replacing them with Token of

Simply put, we’re able to do business compliantly in more regions - increasing our sales and

decreasing compliance headaches.

They provide excellent protection against any fraudulent orders that may occur in our store. They also work closely with us to stay in compliance with laws & regulations regarding the products we ship. Another feature Token of Trust provides us with is the ability to age-gate certain products, making them unavailable for purchase unless proof is provided that shows the customer is of age. What do you like best about Token of Trust?

Token of Trust is deeply committed to protecting the confidentiality of people who get verified in their KYC and compliance platform. We have to comply with HIPAA to protect individuals' medical records and the measures that Token of Trust takes to protect individually identifiable health information meet our needs. Token of Trust has many different controls related to data retention and auto-erasure that bring peace of mind, reduce the risk of exposure for our org, and also decrease the effort related to manually purging verification data to maintain compliance.
