In a perfect world, we could handle everything ourselves. Recommendations to others considering Token of Trust: As I said, they are very easy to work with. So, if you think you may need Token of Trust's services, I would jump in with both feet. I have used the industry's go-to identity verification and age verification services over the years. All of them had their benefits, but there was always more wanted from their services. Token of Trust is the best of all worlds, offering a wide range of ID verification options to choose from. It’s easy to tailor for an optimal customer experience and their integration with Shopify Plus is incredibly seamless. The customer service has been exceptional. I highly recommend this service. We are required by law to make sure that all of our ecommerce customers meet minimum age requirements and age verification is a basic requirement in our checkout process. Most of the age verification companies we’ve tried will process a stolen identity and verify the age associated with it. But few age verification companies for ecommerce do a good job of verifying if the person submitting the order is the owner of the identity being submitted. We process at least one ecommerce order every minute of the day and saw a lot of orders tied to potential identity theft. In our e-commerce store our loyal customers really like that Token of Trust recognizes them and streamlines the verification process when making repeat purchases. This is a BIG deal! We've reluctantly used other verification methods and have always seen a negative impact on conversion rates because they're not as smart as Token of Trust is when it comes to using the right verification approach, at the right time, for the right type of customer. If you need to verify your customers and you're concerned about customer abandonment rates, there isn't a better identity verification solution than Token of Trust. In some cases we need to verify their identity to meet the requirements of our payment processor. In other cases we need to verify their age and identity for government compliance purposes. With Token of Trust, we're able to do this without making our staff have to carry additonal responsibilities and also without putting any unnecessary burden on our customers. TOT is very easy to use and has saved me so much time versus how I did verifications in the past. It's streamlined my process and made it super easy to get people verified, keep track of who's finished the process and who has not. Reminding people who are lagging is just a click of a button. I needed an efficient online age verification tool for a client project eCommerce project which involved selling ammunition and ensuring customers were the appropriate age. After evaluating several options Token of Trust came out on top with great pricing and their sales and support team were very thorough and responsive. They went above and beyond during the implementation to meet my client's needs. Go live went off without a hitch and best of all is the fact that once it went live it just worked, perfectly. No bugs. So far there has been absolutely nothing to dislike about working with Token of Trust and their team. The truth is that it isn’t really Token of Trust’s fault and these students can easily complete the process by going to the parking lot - but it’s annoying nonetheless.
