Token of Trust is the last line of defense against fraudulent orders in our online store. I'm very satisfied with how quick and easy it is to use Token of Trust to verify our customers. I feel more confident with Token of Trust at our side before new high value orders to new customers are fulfilled. Token of Trust is very strict when it comes to permissions and protecting consumer privacy - which makes sense and is a good thing. However, after one of our team members left the company, we noticed that they were the only person with sufficient access to view submitted documents. What problems is Token of Trust solving and how is that benefiting you? Token of Trust helps us verify the age of customer and the legitimacy of a customer. Our online store sells wine and spirits, so orders much meet minimum age requirements. Also, orders with higher order values can sometimes be suspicious for Fraud.
