I can't imagine life without Token of Trust." 5/5 What do you like best about Token of Trust? Token of Trust saves us so much time! The compliance work that Token of Trust does for us, I don't think is even humanly possibly. We have to report compliance reports every month into every state we sell into. Token of Trust automatically does everything we need at the point of sale and then handles all of the paperwork that needs to be submitted each month - so it immensely reduces our workload. I mentioned this before, but we're using Token of Trust for satisfying a variety of regulatory requirements in which we need to deliver compliance reports monthly into every location we sell into. Update: We've been using Token of Trust for over 2 year now and I can't believe how fast Token of Trust's verifications are! I’ve used other KYC and identity verification tools, but upon discovering Token of Trust, I was blown away by the features they make available within their integrations. Token of Trust goes beyond identity and age verification. They provided preset business and decision workflows that simplified our setup. When considering different providers, we thought we might need to design our own workflow on how to handle the data returned from the identity verification provider but this wasn’t the case with Token of Trust — their system took care of all of this automation for us. Best of all, Token of Trust was able to support internationalization of the verification user interface unlike any other provider. Shopping for a quality verification provider is a daunting task and there are so many of them. There are also a lot of huge enterprise players that seem to own the market. Update March 18, 2024: We've been with Token of Trust from April of last year and continue to be a happy customer. We've had very few issues in that time because the service has worked as advertised. Thanks for being such a reliable and consistently good part of our onboarding process! Token of Trust is providing identity verification with enterprise-like features without the hassle that enterprise software purchases usually involve. It was easy to buy with no negotiations and no long sales conversations. It was also easy to setup and integrate. And most of all, easy for our providers and members to use. I’m very impressed with how easily, quickly, and accurately identity document verification is done. We reviewed other services and I’m aware of how document verification services can fail identity verifications (like blurry photos) quickly without offering any course of action for the user to fix their submission. There are also other providers who recklessly approve too many document verifications. We’ve had cases where we needed to use Token of Trust to investigate more information and Token of Trust was very strict on their policies for protecting the privacy of patient and physician information. Our team was required to go through background checks in order to gain certain privileges. Some of the identity verification alternatives to Token of Trust allow their customers to access sensitive information without going to such lengths to verify the administrators of the account. I’m comforted to know how serious Token of Trust is about privacy and security, despite the extra steps it required from our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Token of Trust: Determining the best identity verification solution can be complicated and time-consuming. Some companies only handle identity document verification. Others only do database checks. This can quickly lead to vendor fatigue to solve the identity puzzle at your company. Token of Trust is a platform that brings all of this together in one holistic, safe and secure place. Their team of identity experts are complete nerds (in the best way possible) on worrying about things their customers never even think to consider — they always seem to be 2 steps ahead of where the industry is currently at. Our company is a national pediatric mental healthcare provider and Identity Verification of providers and members is imperative for our business, which runs on a custom and purposeful tech stack. We’re able to meet specific state regulations and requirements for conducting telehealth visits through Token of Trust. We also use Token of Trust as an additional background check and verification of our providers Implementing Token of Trust via their API was much easier for our team than we’d expected. The percentage of identity verifications that are completed successfully and quickly is excellent. The Customer Support team at Token of Trust is incredibly responsive and helpful. To say that support is epic would be an understatement. These guys are on it! They work really hard at having a superior product. The product just works and works well. I love that I have another viable option for online age verification. There was really only one other option. They worked well, but because they were the only place they never worked very hard. For my business, it is required to have age verification at checkout, so I would often get frustrated with the "other guys". TOT actually wants my business. I also like the pricing tier.
