There are a lot of age verification tools available and we looked at a lot of them. Company 1 would have features A and B and Company 2 would have features, B and C. We needed A, B, and C - Token of Trust had everything we needed and stood above the others. Also, it was very easy for us to extend our free trial, set things up on our staging server, and test before rolling it out live. Honestly, It's like hiring a full compliance department without the overhead. We sell age restricted products online, including hemp derived products, so we've got to check a lot of regulatory boxes. Age verification, PACT Act Reporting, Excise Tax Filing and Fraud Checks to name a few - and Token of Trust handles all of it. I really like how it pugs right into our WooCommerce setup without having to hack anything together. No piecing together random tools or building custom workflows. It just works out of the box. Plus, the user verification experience is smooth at checkout. Legit customers fly through. We've had a few more sketchy ones come through lately and they get weeded out. This is not a cheap investment, but using Token of Trust for automating compliance tasks is a much higher ROI than trying to do it in-house or using other solutions.
