"Tracking time is a breeze with Toggl."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Toggl Track?

Toggl Track's ease of use makes it an invaluable tool; I've used it for professional and personal time tracking. There is a great deal of room for customization and error checking, and the start/stop of the timer is very seamless. Even the ability to modify the beginning time of a running timer is excellent from a user perspective and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toggl Track?

Even though Toggl Track has undergone significant UI changes recently, it would be helpful if there was a better way to customize your interface. It would be excellent if there were multiple ways to view the timer or even color schemes that could be customized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Track billable hours easily"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Toggl Track?

Toggl track is easy to use, login and start a timer to track your hours. Also able to tag keywords, define by project or client, and category. I can easily export reports or import the file by CSV Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toggl Track?

There are not really any downsides that I have found to using Toggl to track my billable time. If any, sometimes I forget to start the timer but I can manually add a start and stop time. Another bonus would be the ability to generate an invoice directly in the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pomodoro meets timer based task app"
5/5
What do you like best about Toggl Track?

Toggl is great for tracking how long your projects are taking and allow for easy task switching. The pomodoro timer is helpful when you want to keep an eye on task switching, I use it to remind me to check email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toggl Track?

I would like to see a easy way to export tracked data and metrics but it's a great app with a nice reports section, having this as a pdf for the boss would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wonderfull app to understand were you spend time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Toggl Track?

Toggl allows me to learn from my past projects and estimate better for future projects. I can learn through metrics and improve time estimates.

I love the different views this allows me to understand my agenda and the projects my team spends the most time on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toggl Track?

The setup of workspaces is not the best part. If you change information, for example, the name does not appear updated.

When you used the addon and try completely rapidly the name and the project, sometimes is hard to put in the correct project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Toggl Track makes logging time easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Toggl Track?

Toggl Track is a breeze to use: start a timer with one click! Everything else--like adding a title, description, project, tags, etc--is entirely optional.

If you do use titles/tags and repeat the same tasks regularly, Toggl makes it easy to "replay" a task and automatically include all the details you set up.

Reporting or reviewing your logged timers is simple too, with all the functionality you would hope for. And it's free for single users! Perfect for keeping yourself on track while remote working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toggl Track?

The Pomodoro Timer function is a little bit inconsistent from browser extension to mobile app to desktop app. (While I'm on the topic, maybe this is just me personally but I would like the option to start pomodoro, receive an alarm, and have the timer continue until I actually click to go to break.) "Simple and effective time tracker"
5/5
What do you like best about Toggl Track?

I love that they have both a desktop and mobile app which synchronizes seamlessly. It is simple to create different projects add tags to categories different parts of a project. We can adjust times if needed and identify if the tracked activity is billable. We can add reminders to track activities if desired, and if there is apparent inactivity, we get a reminder asking if tracked time is to be discarded or not. What do you dislike about Toggl Track?

I cannot think of anything to dislike. Everything I mentioned is free for the freelancer plan. They have paid plans too. It adds features for teams and larger organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Time Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Toggl Track?

I've used Toggl for personal and professional time tracking, and the absolute ease of use makes this product a staple in my daily workflow. The ability to simply start and stop timers is seamless while still offering a high level of customization and potential correction. Even the ability to change the start time of an in-progress timer is intuitive and brilliant as a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toggl Track?

Toggl has made some great UI changes in recent years, but a more robust way of customizing your interface and views would be a bonus, especially since this is a program I use nearly all day and check in with frequently. Some additional timer views or even color themes would be fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Place to Start"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Toggl Track?

I really like the fact how Toggl Track helps categorize your time in terms of customized projects and tags. Tags could serve as a "subfolder" for the projects you choose to help specify the time rationale you spend within the project. However, I really wish Toggl Tracks prioritizes calendar integration to automate meetings. It seems to be a second-tier feature when I feel it should be the driving force. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toggl Track?

The limited features with calendar usability. The timer feature should come with prompters that you could choose from; because when it's on and running, I typically forget to turn it off when I am done with a task, so if there's a dropdown menu for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes that I could choose from to help prompt me to see if I am still working on the task and I can remember to end it sooner.
